Refund policy

We are confident that our products will meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • There must be no signs of wear, damage, or alterations to the product (e.g., missing accessories, damaged packaging, etc.).
  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product by sending a return request to our customer service, including your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are subject to a flat fee of €50.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets all refund conditions.

Refund:

  • The refund will only be issued after the return has been accepted and verified. Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are always free (size exchange or model exchange).
  • Return shipping costs are subject to a flat fee of €50.
  • In the case of a partial return (if not all items from the order are returned), the refund will be issued only for the returned items.
  • If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return process at no additional cost.

Please note: Any returned product that does not comply with the conditions stated above may not be accepted.
