Every order placed by customers constitutes a contractual offer. Landi Confezioni S.r.l. reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion, in cases such as product unavailability, incomplete or incorrect information, or suspected fraud.
Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs and any additional charges are specified during the purchase process. Landi Confezioni S.r.l. reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. However, the applicable price will be the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. For bank transfers, the order will be processed only upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.

Orders are shipped via courier and delivered to the address provided by the customer. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and are specified during the purchase process. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed and may choose to keep or cancel the order.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are clearly indicated before completing the order and vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers residing in Italy or the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receiving the products, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written request to Landi Confezioni S.r.l. via email (customerservice@lrlandi.it) stating their intention to cancel the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and with intact packaging.
Limitation of Liability
Landi Confezioni S.r.l. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or product purchases. We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure, logistical issues, or events beyond our control.
Warranty
