Car coat designed to look like a reversible coat with contrasting wool facings and undercollar. The car coat is a very particular raincoat, created at the beginning of the 20th century as a comfortable garment to wear in the car. At the time, cars were open and a garment was needed that could protect the driver and his clothes from dust and humidity. The car coat differs from a raincoat in that it is very short, allowing you to sit comfortably. The garment has a slim line and set-in sleeves, the hidden buttoning reveals its English origins. Two raincoat pockets, slanted on the sides and two internal pockets on the wool lining. The sleeves are lined in twill for greater slipping ability and not to impede movement.
The wool used is totally sustainable because the raw material used comes entirely from regenerated material, therefore zero impact. The wool is selected by color at the source, therefore no dyes or chemical agents are used in the manufacturing processes, to guarantee an absolutely non-polluting supply chain.
For the exterior, frosted cotton fabric with a velvety hand, given precisely by the ground surface that recalls the touch of the surface of a peach, hence the name.
